Rein is an experienced lawyer and dealmaker specializing in insolvency, restructuring and litigation.
Rein combines legal with financial acumen ensuring that his clients are in a position to make the best possible decisions in complex situations. He has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring finance and equity transactions and assessing and managing large and complex disputes, including managing expert teams and costs.
Rein developed and lectures the course Decision Analysis in Litigation at the Centre for Professional Legal Education of Radboud University Nijmegen and is a Fellow of INSOL International. Rein is one of the founders of Redbreast, a Dutch litigation fund focussing on large collective actions.
