Jan Willem Huizink

Jan specializes in corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. He has significant experience handling complex corporate transactions, both domestically and internationally.

His legal services go beyond the mere drafting and negotiating of transaction documents. Leveraging his experience as in-house counsel, Jan instinctively takes into account his clients’ strategic goals when providing legal advice. He is committed to finding the optimal legal solutions that are specifically suited to the unique challenges of each situation.

Before joining Philips & Philips, Jan was involved in the transfer of a listed multinational to the Netherlands through a cross-border reversed merger, and a corresponding listing at the Euronext Amsterdam.
